Installation guide
Most WiperPro blades can be fitted in a few minutes without tools. Park safely, switch the ignition off and place a folded towel on the windscreen before lifting a wiper arm.
Top Lock
- 1.Press the release buttons and remove the old blade from the arm.
- 2.Open the adaptor cover on the new blade.
- 3.Slide the arm into the adaptor until it clicks.
- 4.Close the cover and tug the blade gently to check it is secure.
J Hook
- 1.Lift the locking tab and slide the old blade down and off the hook.
- 2.Open the adaptor on the new blade.
- 3.Feed the hook through the adaptor and pull the blade upwards.
- 4.Close the adaptor and check that the hook is locked in place.
Pinch Tab
- 1.Pinch the two tabs and pull the old blade away from the arm.
- 2.Align the new blade adaptor with the end of the arm.
- 3.Push the blade on until both tabs click into place.
- 4.Gently pull back on the blade to confirm it is locked.
Side Lock
- 1.Press the side release and slide the old blade off the arm.
- 2.Line up the side pin or locking rail with the new adaptor.
- 3.Slide the blade into place until the lock engages.
- 4.Check the blade cannot move free of the connector.
After installation
Remove any protective cover, lower each arm gently, then test the blades with washer fluid. If the fitting does not look secure, stop and email info@wiperpro.co.nz with a photo of the connector.
