How much does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery across New Zealand.

How long does shipping take?
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery can take up to 7 business days, depending on where you live. Rural and remote addresses may need a little longer.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes. We’ll email your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as you notice the mistake at info@wiperpro.co.nz. If your order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address, but we can’t guarantee that a change will be possible. We can’t refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
