How do I identify my Hyundai Kona year and series?
Find the Hyundai Kona certification label on the centre pillar and read the manufacture date and VIN. Match that information to one of the two generations:
A 2023 registration may be either shape. SX2 has full-width pixel-style lighting and a smoother nose; OS uses separate upper running lights and lower main lamps.

What is the length of the Hyundai Kona wiper blades?
Both Kona generations take 26-inch (650mm) and 16-inch (400mm) front blades. SX2 uses a 12-inch (300mm) rear, while OS has an 11-inch (275mm) rear.
How to install front wiper blades for the Hyundai Kona?
On the Kona front blade, lift the little lid and pull the adaptor towards you. Work the J-hook out through the widened section of the fitting while keeping the arm from dropping.
Angle the replacement adaptor over the hook, slide it forwards and close the lid once it locks. Wet the screen before testing the new rubber.
How do I install the rear wiper blade on a Hyundai Kona?
Ease the two wings of the Kona rear-arm cover apart and put the cover somewhere safe. Hold the arm up, set the blade near 45 degrees and detach its centre joint. Seat the new blade over the arm's small hook at that angle, then reinstall the cover evenly.
What connector type does the Hyundai Kona use?
SX2 and OS Kona models use J-hook front arms . Both have hook-and-socket rear fittings, with a different rear blade family for each generation.
