Find the Hyundai Santa Fe certification label on the centre pillar and read the manufacture date and VIN. Match that information to the series:
MX5 is the box-shaped model with a wide tailgate. TM is the curvier preceding generation. A 2024 vehicle needs the label, VIN and body shape checked together because both series appear in that year.

Santa Fe blade lengths by series:
move the MX5 Santa Fe wipers to service position because their parked arms sit under the bonnet edge. Raise one, flip up the adaptor cap and work the blade towards the arm pivot until the curved end comes out. Rest a bare arm on thick cloth if needed.
Pull the replacement into the hook, close its cap and make certain it cannot move along the arm before lowering it.
Santa Fe rear fittings vary. Bring the tailgate arm out and twist the blade until its joint is exposed. MX5 has a slide-lock connection; TM and DM use hook-and-socket fittings. Undo the matching catch, secure the replacement and test the hinge before returning it to the window.
MX5, TM, DM, CM and SM Santa Fe models all use J-hook front arms . Their rear connector families change by generation.
MX5 retains TM's 26-inch (650mm) and 16-inch (400mm) fronts, but shortens the rear from 13 inches (325mm) to 11 inches (275mm). DM differs on the passenger side at 14 inches (350mm).
Front arms remain J-hook across the MX5, TM, DM, CM and SM Hyundai Santa Fe series.
On an MX5 Santa Fe, switch the vehicle on without starting it, switch it off, then hold the wiper control upwards. The arms rise and stop in service position. After replacement, start the vehicle or run the wipers once to return them below the bonnet.
The MX5 Santa Fe adopts a much boxier, longer body with a broad tailgate, three-row-focused cabin and upgraded hybrid and digital technology. The TM is curvier and more car-like, with the previous interior layout and a narrower rear opening.
