How to install front wiper blades for the Hyundai Tucson?
On an NX4 Tucson, move the wipers up where the arms clear the bonnet, then lift one arm at a time. Flip the adaptor cover, slide the old blade down and out of the J-hook, and keep the arm from falling. Draw the replacement into the hook until it clicks, pull-test it, lower both arms and run a wet-screen test.
How do I install the rear wiper blade on a Hyundai Tucson?
The Tucson NX4 rear blade unclips at its centre socket. Lift the arm, rotate the blade to the release angle and pull it off the moulded hook. Press the new socket over the hook until it locks, make sure the blade can pivot and return the arm to the glass.
What connector type does the Hyundai Tucson use?
NX4 Facelift, NX4, TL and JM Tucson front wipers all connect by J-hook. NX4 uses a compact hook-and-socket rear fitting, while TL uses a different hook-and-socket rear family.
Did Hyundai Tucson wiper blade sizes change between generations?
NX4 and its facelift share 26/16-inch fronts with an 11-inch rear. TL has the same front pair but a longer 14-inch rear. JM changes the fronts to 24/16 inches.
