Find the Jeep Cherokee VIN plate at the upper-left edge of the instrument panel, where it can be read through the windscreen. The certification label is on the rear shut face of the driver's door. Use the date and VIN to confirm the series.
A 2014 Cherokee needs careful checking. KL has narrow upper daytime-running lamps with separate main headlamps lower in the bumper. KK has conventional single-piece headlamps beside the seven-slot grille. Their blade sizes differ.

Jeep Cherokee blade sizes by generation:
Swing a Cherokee blade across the J-hook and press the locking tab. Slide the adaptor towards the open end, feed the hook out and guide it into the replacement. Pull until the clip locks, check it by hand and return the arm carefully to the windscreen.
For KL, separate the rear blade socket from the moulded hook while holding the arm near its tip. Centre the replacement socket over that hook and squeeze the joint closed. KK, KJ, XJ Facelift, XJ and SJ instead use J-hook rear arms.
Every Cherokee series uses J-hook front arms. KL has a hook-and-socket rear; the older generations use J-hook rear fittings.
Yes. KL uses 26/18/14 inches, KK and KJ use 19/19/11, and XJ Facelift, XJ and SJ use 18/18/13.
No. XJ Facelift and XJ share two 18-inch front blades and a 13-inch rear.
KL, KK, KJ, XJ Facelift, XJ and SJ all use J-hook front connectors.
The KL Cherokee moved to a car-based platform with independent suspension, a nine-speed automatic and distinctive split front lighting. The KK Cherokee is the boxier preceding design, with conventional headlamps and a simpler cabin and drivetrain layout.
