How do I identify my Holden Ute year and series?
The Holden Ute VIN is visible through the lower windscreen. Find the manufacture date on the build or compliance plate in the engine compartment, then match the vehicle to VF, VE, VY VZ or VU.
VF and VE use one blade pair and connector. VY VZ and VU use another. The manufacture date and series are enough to choose the correct group.

How to install front wiper blades for the Holden Ute?
On a VF Ute, keep hold of the raised arm and squeeze the two side tabs on the connector. Withdraw the blade from the flat arm, guide the replacement into the same rails and listen for both tabs to engage before lowering it.
What connector type does the Holden Ute use?
VF and VE use pinch-tab front connectors. VY VZ and VU use J-hook arms.
Did Holden Ute wiper blade sizes change between generations?
Yes. VF and VE use 26/15-inch fronts, while VY VZ and VU use 22/20 inches.

What's the difference in the Holden Ute VF and VE?
The VF Ute is the final development of the Zeta-platform Holden utility, with revised exterior panels, a redesigned dashboard and updated electronics. The VE Ute introduced that basic platform and body but retains the earlier cabin and control systems.
