How do I identify my Mazda CX-5 year and series?
The Mazda label at the CX-5 driver's doorway carries the manufacture date and VIN. KM covers 2026, KF Facelift 2022 - 2025, KF 2017 - 2022 and KE 2012 - 2017.
Blade lengths stay at 24/18 inches with a 14-inch rear throughout, so there is no need to separate KF from KF Facelift for sizing. The front connector changes between KE and KF: a 2017 KF has the larger grille with narrow headlights at its upper corners, while KE has a rounder nose and broader lamps.

What is the length of the Mazda CX-5 wiper blades?
KM, KF Facelift, KF and KE CX-5 models all use the same measurements: 24 inches (600 mm) for the driver, 18 inches (450 mm) for the passenger and 14 inches (350 mm) at the rear.
How to install front wiper blades for the Mazda CX-5?
Lift the KM CX-5 arm and turn the blade until you can see the J-hook adaptor clearly. Release the latch, slide the blade towards the hook opening and take it off. The new blade goes back through the same opening; pull it into place, check the catch with your fingers and lower the arm under control.
How do I install the rear wiper blade on a Mazda CX-5?
On a KF CX-5 rear arm, rotate the blade away from the glass until the centre joint loosens. Pull the socket clear of the hook, place the replacement over it at the matching angle and press until it pivots without coming free. Lower the arm under control.
What connector type does the Mazda CX-5 use?
CX-5 connector design does change even though the lengths do not. KM and KE use J-hooks at the front; KF and KF Facelift use forked push-button connectors. KF and KE rear arms use hook-and-socket fittings.
Did Mazda CX-5 wiper blade sizes change between generations?

What's the difference in the Mazda CX-5 KM and KF Facelift?
The 2026 KM CX-5 is a full redesign with a larger, squarer body and a cleaner cabin centred on a much bigger display. The 2022 - 2025 KF Facelift is the final update of the second-generation CX-5 and retains its established proportions.
