With the Hiace arm lifted, rotate the blade until the adaptor clears the face of the J-hook. Press the latch, slide the blade towards the arm pivot and angle the connector through the hook. Fit the replacement around the curved arm, pull until the catch seats and test the joint before lowering it.

The 300 Series rear uses a moulded hook-and-socket connection: pivot the blade away from the glass, disengage the socket and snap the replacement over the arm hook. On 200 Series Van and 100 Series Van, the rear blade attaches by J-hook; pass the hook through the adaptor and pull the blade into the curve until locked.
