These terms apply when you use wiperpro.co.nz or place an order with WiperPro New Zealand. By using the website or ordering from us, you agree to them.
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that affects its operation, or infringe another person’s rights. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens or production batches, and images are illustrative. Your order includes only the products and options shown in its description and confirmation.
Fitment information is based on the vehicle details you provide. Check the make, model, year, body style and kit contents before ordering. If you are unsure, email info@wiperpro.co.nz.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery or other charges, if any, are shown before payment. We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect an order we have already accepted.
You may pay using the methods offered at checkout. Card, PayPal and other payment services are provided by third parties and may have their own terms. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm or dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order because a product is unavailable, a price or description is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or fraud is suspected. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.
Promotions may have additional conditions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order is placed. We may withdraw or correct a promotion, subject to New Zealand law.
Check your delivery address before submitting your order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, rural delivery and other events outside our reasonable control may affect timing. See our Shipping policy for current details.
Our Refund policy explains our return process. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
You keep ownership of content you submit, but give us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt it for operating and promoting WiperPro. You must have the right to submit it. We may moderate or remove content, but will not alter a review in a way that changes its meaning.
The website’s branding, text, graphics and software belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or services.
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. This does not limit any statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version here. New Zealand law governs these terms, and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
